Regional Planning Interests Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2016

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Regional Planning Interests Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2016 .

2Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 July 2016.

3Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Regional Planning Interests Regulation 2014.

4Amendment of s 16 (Mitigation value)

Section 16(1)(a) to (e)— omit, insert—

(a)for land in the following sub-zones in the Western Cropping zone—

(i)Balonne—$5072;

(e)for land in the Wet Tropics zone—$20,700.
