1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Regional Planning Interests Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2016 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2016. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Regional Planning Interests Regulation 2014. 4 Amendment of s 16 (Mitigation value) Section 16(1)(a) to (e)— omit, insert—

(a) for land in the following sub-zones in the Western Cropping zone—

(i) Balonne—$5072;

(ii) Central Highlands Isaac—$4917;

(iii) Goondiwindi—$5434;

(iv) Maranoa—$5952;

(v) Western Downs—$6210;

(b) for land in the eastern Darling Downs zone—$7763;

(c) for land in the following sub-zones in the Coastal Queensland zone—

(i) Burdekin—$11,644;

(ii) Burnett North and South—$11,644;

(iii) Mackay Whitsunday—$11,644;

(iv) Wide Bay Bundaberg—$11,644;

(v) Central Queensland Coast—$15,525;

(vi) South East Queensland—$25,875;

(d) for land in the Granite Belt zone—$14,490;

(e) for land in the Wet Tropics zone—$20,700.
