1Short title

This notice may be cited as the Professional Standards (The Law Society of South Australia Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2017.

2Commencement

Section 4 commences on 1 July 2017.

3Approval of interstate scheme—Act, s 14(1)

The Law Society of South Australia Professional Standards Scheme is an interstate scheme that has been approved by the appropriate council for South Australia.

(b)section 33 of the Act for the period for which the scheme remains in force.

3AApproval of instrument amending interstate scheme—Act, s 14

The appropriate council for South Australia has approved an instrument amending the interstate scheme mentioned in section 3.

4Repeal

The Professional Standards (Law Society of South Australia Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2011, SL No. 292 is repealed.
