This regulation may be cited as the Governors (Salary and Pensions) Regulation 2013.
This regulation commences on 2 September 2013.
For section 3 of the Act, the rate is an amount for a financial year that is equal to the amount that the Chief Justice is entitled to be paid for the financial year as salary under the Judicial Remuneration Act 2007.s 3 sub 2014 SL No. 158 s 4; 2021 SL No. 161 s 4
