2Approval of scheme—Act, s 14(1)
The Bar Association of Queensland Scheme has been approved by the council under part 2, division 1 of the Act.1See—(a)section 15 of the Act for when the scheme commences; and(b)section 33 of the Act for the period for which the scheme remains in force.2A copy of the scheme may be obtained from the council’s website at <www.professionalstandardscouncil.gov.au>.
