This regulation may be cited as the Commissions of Inquiry (Fuel Subsidy Inquiry—Evidence) Regulation 2007.
2Declaration under Commissions of Inquiry Act, s 5(2A)
It is declared that writing made under the Commissions of Inquiry Act 1950, section 5(1), by the chairperson of the commission established under the Commissions of Inquiry Order (No. 1) 2007 is to take precedence over the Fuel Subsidy Act 1997, section 141.
