1995.˙Declaration for
Act, s 232.Itisdeclaredthatforaclosedmillmentionedintheschedule,aneasement to which section 23(1)1of the Act refers and specified for
the millin the schedule is—(a)no
longer annexed to the dominant tenement noted in the
register;and(b)annexed to the
