s1 3 s2 Queensland Building Services Authority Supervision Policy 1995 QUEENSLAND BUILDING SERVICES AUTHORITY SUPERVISION POLICY 1995 [reprinted as in force on 2 June 1995] 1 Short title This policy may be cited as the Queensland Building Services Authority Supervision Policy 1995 . 2 Supervision of building work—Act, s 43(3) For section 43(3) of the Act, 1 building work is adequately supervised if the work is— (a) in accordance with the plans and specifications set out in a contract between a licensed contractor and a consumer for building work; and (b) of the standard to be expected of a reasonably competent holder of a contractor’s licence of the appropriate class. 1 Section 43 (Supervision of building work)
