3 Property Law Regulation 1975 PROPERTY LAW REGULATION 1975 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 11 June 1993 2 ] ˙ Short title and commencement 1. This regulation may be cited as the Property Law Regulation 1975 , and shall come into operation on 1 December 1975 3–4 . ˙ Fees 2. The fees set forth in the Schedule shall be the fees for the purposes of Division 3 of Part 18 of the Property Law Act 1974 which it shall be lawful for the Registrar to charge and recover in and for the purposes set forth therein.
