Education and Care Services National Law (Queensland) Regulation 2022

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Education and Care Services National Law (Queensland) Regulation 2022.

2Commencement

This regulation commences on 2 September 2022.

3Central governing bodies—Act, s 32

For section 32 of the Act, definition central governing body, the following entities are prescribed—

(a)Catholic Education Queensland Ltd ACN 689 899 223;

(b)Independent Schools Queensland Ltd ACN 614 893 140;

(c)Queensland Lutheran Early Childhood Services;

(d)The Creche and Kindergarten Association Limited ACN 150 737 849;

(e)The Gowrie (Qld) Inc.
