Sustainable Ports Development Regulation 2018

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Sustainable Ports Development Regulation 2018.

1AMaster planned area for Port of Abbot Point—Act, s 6

(1)For section 6(1)(b) of the Act, the area identified in the Port of Abbot Point master plan as the master planned area for the port is approved.

Note—

A copy of the master plan is available for inspection on the department’s website.
(2)In this section—
Port of Abbot Point master plan means the master plan for the Port of Abbot Point made by the Minister on 21 November 2023.

2Master planned area for Port of Gladstone—Act, s 6

(1)For section 6(1)(b) of the Act, the area identified in the Port of Gladstone master plan as the master planned area for the port is approved.

Note—

A copy of the master plan is available for inspection on the department’s website.
(2)In this section—
Port of Gladstone master plan means the master plan for the Port of Gladstone made by the Minister on 1 November 2018.

2AMaster planned area for the ports of Hay Point and Mackay—Act, s 6

(1)For section 6(1)(b) of the Act, the area identified in the ports of Hay Point and Mackay master plan as the master planned area for the port is approved.

Note—

A copy of the master plan is available for inspection on the department’s website.
(2)In this section—
ports of Hay Point and Mackay master plan means the master plan for the ports of Hay Point and Mackay made by the Minister on 21 November 2023.

3Master planned area for Port of Townsville—Act, s 6

(1)For section 6(1)(b) of the Act, the area identified in the Port of Townsville master plan as the master planned area for the port is approved.

Note—

A copy of the master plan is available for inspection on the department’s website.
(2)In this section—
Port of Townsville master plan means the master plan for the Port of Townsville made by the Minister on 24 October 2019.
