1Short title

This notice may be cited as the Professional Standards (The Queensland Law Society Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2021.

2Commencement

Section 4 commences on 1 July 2022.

3Approval of scheme—Act, s 14

The Queensland Law Society Professional Standards Scheme has been approved by the council under part 2, division 1 of the Act.

Notes—

(a)section 15 of the Act for when the scheme commences; and

(b)section 33 of the Act for the period for which the scheme remains in force.

2A copy of the scheme is available on the council’s website.

4Repeal

The Professional Standards (Queensland Law Society Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2016, SL No. 109 is repealed.
