This regulation may be cited as the Human Rights Regulation 2020.
2Entities that are not public entities—Act, s 9
For section 9(4)(c) of the Act, a grammar school and the board of the grammar school under the Grammar Schools Act 2016 are each prescribed not to be a public entity.
