This regulation may be cited as the Royal National Agricultural and Industrial Association of Queensland Regulation 2010 .
(1)For the Act, section 17D, the following land is prescribed—(a)lot 102 on SP277762 situated in the County of Stanley, containing an area of 0.2174ha;(b)lot 703 on SP288048 containing an area of 6.974ha;(c)lot 704 on SP288049 containing an area of 3.968ha;(d)lot 709 on SP238200 situated in the County of Stanley containing an area of 0.6273ha;(e)lot 800 on SP288047 containing an area of 1.417ha;(f)lot 801 on SP288047 containing an area of 0.045ha;(g)lot 802 on SP288047 containing an area of 0.1808ha;(h)lot 803 on SP288047 containing an area of 0.1068ha.(2)A plan mentioned in this section 2 with a number beginning with SP is a plan held by the department administering the Land Title Act 1994 and available for inspection by members of the public.s 2 amd 2012 SL No. 213 s 3; 2014 SL No. 159 s 3; 2014 SL No. 275 s 3; 2016 SL No. 1 s 3; 2016 SL No. 236 s 3
