1Short title

This notice may be cited as the Hospital and Health Boards (Nursing and Midwifery Workload Management Standard) Notice 2016.

2Notice of making of standard

The ‘Nursing and midwifery workload management standard’—

(a)has been made as a standard under section 138E(1) of the Act; and

(b)takes effect on 1 July 2016.
