Place Names Regulation 2015

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Place Names Regulation 2015.

2Excluded places

The following places are prescribed for section 4(2)(g) of the Act—

(a)a marine park under the Marine Parks Act 2004;

(b)a protected area under the Nature Conservation Act 1992.
