This regulation may be cited as the Integrity Regulation 2011.
This regulation commences on 1 January 2012.
3Entities prescribed for meaning of public sector officer—Act, s 47
The following are entities prescribed for the Act, section 47(i)—(a)the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Corporation; and(b)each Hospital and Health Service established under the Hospital and Health Boards Act 2011, section 7.s 3 sub 2012 SL No. 117 s 3
amd 2013 Act No. 19 s 120 sch 1
