1Short title

This notice may be cited as the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition (Endorsement) Notice 2012.

2Endorsement of proposed Commonwealth regulation—Act, s 7

The proposed Commonwealth regulation titled ‘Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition (Amendment of Act) Regulation 2012’, the terms of which are set out in schedule 1, is endorsed.

1Name of regulation

This regulation is the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition (Amendment of Act) Regulation 2012.

2Commencement

This regulation commences on the day after it is registered.

3Amendment of Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997—WA laws

Clause 7 of Schedule 2 to the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997 is amended as follows:

4Repeal of defunct regulations

The regulations in Schedule 1 are repealed.

5Expiry of regulation

This regulation expires at the end of the day it commences as if it had been repealed by another legislative instrument.
