3Notice of making of standard—Act, s 138E
The ‘Nursing and midwifery workload management standard’ has been made on 17 August 2026 as a standard under section 138E(1) of the Act.1Under section 138E(7) of the Act, the standard takes effect on the day of commencement of this notice.2Under section 138E(8) of the Act, the standard must be published on the department’s website.
The Hospital and Health Boards (Nursing and Midwifery Workload Management Standard) Notice 2016, SL No. 105 is repealed.
