This notice may be cited as the Water Plan (Warrego, Paroo, Bulloo and Nebine) (Postponement of Expiry) Notice 2026.
2Postponement of expiry of plan—Act, ss 55 and 56
For section 56(1) of the Act, the new expiry date for the Water Plan (Warrego, Paroo, Bulloo and Nebine) 2016, as postponed under section 55 of the Act, is 31 December 2028.
This notice expires on 1 January 2029.
