Hospital Foundations Amendment Regulation 2026

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Hospital Foundations Amendment Regulation 2026.

2Commencement

This regulation commences immediately after the gazette notice, ordering that the entry for the Central Queensland Hospital Foundation be removed from the register, is published under section 72 of the Act.

3Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Hospital Foundations Regulation 2018.

4Insertion of new s 5

After section 4—
insert—

5Dissolution of foundations—Act, s 73

For section 73(2) of the Act, the Central Queensland Hospital Foundation is dissolved.

Note—

The Governor in Council ordered by gazette notice under section 72(2)(a) of the Act that the entry for the Central Queensland Hospital Foundation be removed from the register.
