3Fixed amount of damages for loss of consortium or loss of servitium—Act, s 75
For section 75(1)(a) of the Act, the fixed amount for section 58(1)(b) of the Act, for the 2026–2027 financial year, is $59,300.
4Fixed amounts for the calculation of general damages—Act, s 75
(1)For section 75(1)(b) of the Act, the base amount fixed for section 62(2)(a) of the Act, for the 2026–2027 financial year, for an injury scale value stated in column 1 of the following table is the amount (if any) stated in column 2 of the table opposite the injury scale value.(2)Also, for section 75(1)(b) of the Act, the variable amount fixed for section 62(2)(b) and (3) of the Act, for the 2026–2027 financial year, for an injury scale value stated in column 1 of the following table is the amount worked out in the way stated in column 3 of the table opposite the injury scale value.
