Waste Reduction and Recycling (Variation of Waste Levy) Amendment Regulation 2026

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Waste Reduction and Recycling (Variation of Waste Levy) Amendment Regulation 2026.

2Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 July 2026.

This regulation amends the Waste Reduction and Recycling Regulation 2023.

4Amendment of s 13 (Meaning of level 1 rate)
