1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Transport Operations (Road Use Management—Vehicle Standards and Safety) (Exempt Areas) and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation 2026.

2Regulation amended

This part amends the Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Regulation 2018.

8Amendment of s 75 (Requirement for inspection certificate for disposal by owner)

Section 75(2)(b)—

(b)a vehicle that has a garage address in an exempt area; or

9Amendment of s 76 (Requirement of dealer acting in disposal)
