1Short title

This notice may be cited as the Professional Standards (Australian Institute of Building Surveyors Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2026.

2Commencement

Section 4 commences on 1 July 2026.

3Approval of interstate scheme—Act, s 14

The Australian Institute of Building Surveyors Professional Standards Scheme is an interstate scheme that has been approved by the appropriate council for New South Wales.

Notes—

(a)section 15 of the Act for when the scheme commences; and

(b)section 33 of the Act for the period for which the scheme remains in force.

4Repeal

The Professional Standards (The Australian Institute of Building Surveyors Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2021, SL No. 91 is repealed.
