1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee (Interest Rate) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2026.

2Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 July 2026.

3Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Public Trustee Regulation 2023.

4Amendment of sch 1 (Interest rate for amounts in common fund)

Schedule 1, items 2(c) and 3, ‘1.41%’—
omit, insert—

1.61%
