This notice may be cited as the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation (QOTE) Notice 2026.
Section 4 commences on 1 July 2026.
3QOTE for 2026–2027 financial year—Act, s 10A
(1)For section 10A(2)(a) of the Act, QOTE for the 2026–2027 financial year is $1,994.50.(2)For section 10A(2)(b) of the Act, the percentage difference in QOTE for the 2026–2027 financial year compared to QOTE for the 2025–2026 financial year is 2.1%.
The Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation (QOTE) Notice 2025, SL No. 52 is repealed.
