1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the State Development and Public Works Organisation (Taroom Trough Development Plan Works) Amendment Regulation 2026.

This regulation amends the State Development and Public Works Organisation Regulation 2020.

Division 19 Taroom Trough Development Plan Works

28ZG Definitions for division

In this division—

project report means the report of April 2026, prepared by the Coordinator-General, called ‘Taroom Trough Development Plan Works’ and published on the department’s website.

project works means the works reasonably connected with, or incidental to, the preparation of the Taroom Trough Development Plan.

Taroom Trough Development Plan means the plan of that name described in the project report.

28ZH Coordinator-General directed to undertake particular works—Act, s 109

(1)Subsection (2) is a direction for section 109 of the Act.

(2)The Coordinator-General must undertake the project works.
