1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Planning (State Facilitated Development) Amendment Regulation 2026.

2Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Planning Regulation 2017.

3Amendment of s 51A (Criteria for declaring application for State facilitated development—Act, s 106D)

(1)Section 51A(1)(a) and (b)—
omit, insert—

(a)the development the subject of the relevant application must be for predominantly residential development;

(2)Section 51A(1)(c)—
renumber as section 51A(1)(b).
