Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) Amendment Regulation 2025

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) Amendment Regulation 2025.

2Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 January 2026.

3Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) Regulation 2017.

4Amendment of s 15 (Health and safety)

(1)Section 15, before paragraph (a)—
insert—

(aa)the Child Safe Organisations Act 2024;

(2)Section 15(aa) to (b)—
renumber as section 15(a) to (c).
