This regulation may be cited as the Major Sports Facilities (Major Concerts at Brisbane Stadium (Lang Park)) Amendment Regulation 2025.
This regulation amends the Major Sports Facilities Regulation 2014.
3Amendment of s 5 (Prescribed special events)
Section 5—
insert—(5)However, for the period starting on 1 January 2026 and ending on 31 December 2026, this section applies as if the reference in subsection (2)(a) to the twelfth major concert were a reference to the twenty-first major concert.(6)This subsection and subsection (5) expire on 1 January 2027.
