This regulation may be cited as the Animal Care and Protection Amendment Regulation 2025.
This regulation amends the Animal Care and Protection Regulation 2023.
3Amendment of sch 3, s 8 (Mulesing sheep)
Schedule 3, section 8(2)(a)(ii)—
omit, insert—(ii)does not remove any skin from the sheep that is not wool-bearing; and
