2Endorsement of proposed Commonwealth regulation (Victorian container deposit scheme)—Act, s 7
The proposed Commonwealth regulation titled ‘Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Amendment (Victorian Container Deposit Scheme) Regulations 2025’, the terms of which are set out in schedule 1, is endorsed.
This instrument is the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Amendment (Victorian Container Deposit Scheme) Regulations 2025.
(1)Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is repealed on the day after this instrument commences.

Before “Firearms and other prohibited or offensive weapons”, insert:Container deposit scheme
The following laws:(a)Part 6 of the Circular Economy (Waste Reduction and Recycling) Act 2021;(b)all other provisions of that Act, to the extent that they relate to the container deposit scheme established by that Part;(c)regulations or other instruments made under that Act, to the extent that they relate to that scheme
