Proclamation—Domestic and Family Violence Protection and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2025 (commencing remaining provisions)

I, DR JEANNETTE ROSITA YOUNG AC PSM, Governor, fix the days stated in the schedule for the commencement of the provisions of the Act stated in the schedule.

•section 39

•section 40(1)

•section 40(2), to the extent it inserts definitions monitoring device, monitoring device condition, prescribed entity and safety device

2The provisions that are not in force and not otherwise commenced under this proclamation commence on 1 January 2026.
