1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Residential Services (Accreditation) (Retirement Village Schemes) Amendment Regulation 2025.

2Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Residential Services (Accreditation) Regulation 2018.

3Amendment of s 4 (Services that are not residential services—Act, s 4)

(1)Section 4(3), from ‘if the scheme’ to ‘body’—
omit.
