This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation Legislation Amendment Regulation 2024.
2Purpose of revocation of forest reserves
For the Nature Conservation Act 1992, section 70E(3), the purpose of the revocation of the dedication of a forest reserve under section 4 is to allow the forest reserve to become a protected area.
