Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation (Psychiatric Assessment Tribunal) Amendment Regulation 2024

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation (Psychiatric Assessment Tribunal) Amendment Regulation 2024.

2Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 July 2024.

3Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Regulation 2014.

4Amendment of s 138 (Medical assessment tribunals—Act, s 492)

Section 138(b)—
insert—

(viii) the Psychiatric Assessment Tribunal;
