This regulation may be cited as the Waste Reduction and Recycling (Annual Payments to Local Governments) Amendment Regulation 2023.
This regulation amends the Waste Reduction and Recycling Regulation 2011.
3Amendment of s 11L (Annual payments to local governments—Act, s 73DA)
Section 11L—
insert—(e)for the financial year starting on 1 July 2026—the amount stated in schedule 4A, column 6 opposite the local government.
