This regulation may be cited as the Gaming Machine Amendment Regulation 2023.
This regulation amends the Gaming Machine Regulation 2002.
3Amendment of s 10BA (Amount to be paid into consolidated fund during particular period—Act, s 109E)
(1)Section 10BA(1), ‘12-month period’—
omit, insert—period of 2 years
(2)Section 10BA(3), ‘12 months’—
omit, insert—2 years
