1Short title

This notice may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment Notice 2023.

2Commencement

This notice commences on 1 April 2023.

This notice amends the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Notice 2021.

4Amendment of s 7 (Declaration of core government employees—Act, s 17)

Section 7(a), ‘Public Service Act 2008’—
omit, insert—
