This declaration may be cited as the Fisheries (Hammerhead Sharks) Amendment Declaration 2022.

2Commencement

This declaration commences on 1 July 2022.

This declaration amends the Fisheries Declaration 2019.

omit, insert—

F

a form other than— (a)  the whole fish with fins naturally attached; or (b)  trunked or gutted with fins naturally attached

a person possessing the fish, taken for trade or commerce, on a boat
