(3)In addition to the monitoring fee stated in schedule 8E, item 8, the holder of the relevant authority must pay—
(a)the fee worked out under subsection (4) for an inspector monitoring the activities to travel between the inspector’s usual place of work and the place where the activities are monitored; and
(b)if, for monitoring the activities, an inspector takes a sample of cannabis for analysis to determine the THC concentration of the sample—the reasonable cost of analysing the sample.
(4)For subsection (3)(a), the fee must be worked out at the rate stated in schedule 8E, item 8 for the time taken for the travel up to a maximum of 2 hours in a day.

22Amendment of s 29 (Fees for accreditation—Act, s 44)

(1)Section 29(1) to (3)—

(1)For section 44(2)(b)(i) of the Act, the fee prescribed is—
(a)for a grant of an accreditation—the total of—
(i)the application fee mentioned in schedule 1, part 1, division 1 that is in force on 1 January in the year in which the accreditation starts; and
(ii)the accreditation fee in force on 1 January in the year in which the accreditation starts; or
(b)for a renewal of an accreditation—the accreditation fee in force on 1 January in the year in which the term of the renewed accreditation starts.
