This regulation may be cited as the COVID-19 Emergency Response and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2021.
2Postponed commencement of Act, s 45(2)
(1)The period before automatic commencement, under the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 4 December 2022.(2)In this section—postponed law means the COVID-19 Emergency Response and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2020, section 45(2).
The postponed law now automatically commences on 5 December 2022.
This regulation expires on 6 December 2022.
