This regulation may be cited as the Resources Legislation (Fees) Amendment Regulation 2021.

2Commencement

(1)This regulation, other than the provisions mentioned in subsection (2), commences on 1 July 2021.
(2)Sections 9, 13, 25, 29 and 30 commence on 1 September 2021.
