State Penalties Enforcement (Public Health) Amendment Regulation 2021

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the State Penalties Enforcement (Public Health) Amendment Regulation 2021.

2Regulation amended

This regulation amends the State Penalties Enforcement Regulation 2014.

3Amendment of sch 1 (Infringement notice offences and fines for nominated laws)

(1)Schedule 1, entry for Public Health Act 2005, first entry for section 362D, paragraph (d)—
omit, insert—

	(d)  by failing to carry or wear a face mask	11/2	-
	(e)  in any other circumstances	10	50

(2)Schedule 1, entry for Public Health Act 2005, second entry for section 362D—
omit, insert—

s 362D	for a failure to comply with another public health direction—
	(a)  by failing to carry or wear a face mask	11/2	-
	(b)  in any other circumstances	10	50
