Forestry and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation 2020

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Forestry and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation 2020.

Each of the areas of land described in schedule 4B is—

(a)declared as a special wildlife reserve; and

(b)assigned the name set out opposite the special wildlife reserve.

Note—

Copies of the conservation agreement and approved management program for each special wildlife reserve may be inspected, free of charge, during office hours at the department’s head office.
