Water (Licence Fees and Water Authorities) Amendment Regulation 2020

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Water (Licence Fees and Water Authorities) Amendment Regulation 2020.

2Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Water Regulation 2016.

3Amendment of s 130 (Fees)

Section 130(4)—
insert—

(c)an application for, or an application for a dealing with, a water licence with a stated purpose of ‘CYPHA’.
