This regulation may be cited as the Natural Resources, Mines and Energy Legislation (Fees) Amendment Regulation 2020.

2Commencement

(1)This regulation, other than the provisions mentioned in subsections (2) and (3), commences on 1 July 2020.
(2)Part 10, other than sections 28, 29 and 30, commences immediately after the commencement of the Land Regulation 2020.
(3)The following provisions commence on 1 August 2020—
(a)parts 3, 7 and 11;
