1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee (Interest Rate) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2019.

(1)Part 2 commences on 1 December 2019.

(2)Part 3 commences on 1 January 2020.

3Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Public Trustee Regulation 2012.

4Amendment of s 4 (Interest payable on amounts in common fund—Act, s 19(1)(c))

Section 4(2), ‘1.3%’—
omit, insert—

1.2%

5Amendment of s 4 (Interest payable on amounts in common fund—Act, s 19(1)(c))

omit, insert—

1.05%

6Amendment of sch 1 (Interest payable on amounts in common fund)
