Liquor (Prescribed Quantity for Palm Island) Amendment Regulation 2019

1Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Liquor (Prescribed Quantity for Palm Island) Amendment Regulation 2019.

2Commencement

This regulation commences on 18 October 2019.

3Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Liquor Regulation 2002.

4Amendment of sch 1R (Palm Island)

Schedule 1R, section 2(a)—
omit, insert—

(a)for liquor in which the concentration of alcohol is less than 4%—11.25L; or
